Service Description
Service includes a Triple shampoo, conditioning, retwist and simple style. Some, but not all, basic style options are listed. ***Price increases with length*** EXAMPLES OF BASIC STYLES: Up to 3 barrels (in any direction), half up half down styles (minus fishtails or petals) , basic ponytail or full bun. If you're not sure please ask prior to styling. **DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE FOR MICRO-SIZED LOCS** **EXCESSIVE MATTING WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $50** **PLENTIFUL LOCS (100+) WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $15** **IF ANY ADDITIONAL HAIR WILL BE ADDED PLEASE BOOK UNDER "HAIR ADDED" STYLES**
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time or you will have to be rescheduled due to limited appointment times as well as courtesy to other clients scheduled for that day. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. We understand that issues and emergencies arise but the following scenarios will keep you from being able to book with us in the future: 1) No call-no show 2) Cancelling or rescheduling more than once without 24 hours notice 3) Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment more than twice **Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy.
