Canceling and Rescheduling

At Natural Hair and More, we value the time and commitment of our clients. So that our time may be valued as well, please be sure to review the following policies prior to your appointment:

Arrival Time

-Clients are expected to arrive on time for all appointments.

-A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving later than 10 minutes may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled at stylist's discretion.

Cancellations and No-Shows

-No call/No show=automatic cancellation and loss of your appointment slot. You will no longer be able to book future appointments.

-If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with timely communication no later than 24 hours in advance. 

Rescheduling

-Each client may reschedule one time per appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

-Proper and timely communication is required in order to reschedule.

-Additional rescheduling beyond the one time will require payment in full up front before appointment can be scheduled.

Please understand that these policies are put in place to ensure fairness, respect everyone's time, and allow me to continue providing quality service to all clients. Thank you for your continued support!

Fees and Payment

CONSULTATION FEE: If your service requires a consultation to book, the consultation must be scheduled prior to services and the $35 fee must be paid on the site. Consultation fees are non-refundable but go towards your services should you choose to move forward after consultation. If you book a service that requires a consultation without booking a consultation first, it will be cancelled. If you book a consultation and don't move forward with services, your fee and consultation are no longer valid, and you will need to book another to move forward. Consultations are void after two weeks if you don't move forward with services.

RETAINER FEE (upfront fees for booking/services): There is a 50% retainer for all Micro-sized locs installations, Starter locs installations, and Loc reattachment or major repair services. This fee must be paid in full upfront before any services are scheduled. Balances are due on or before the day of services. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT:  ZELLE, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY, CREDIT CARD and CASH are acceptable. Cash will not be accepted for consultation fees. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH APP OR ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT NOT MENTIONED ABOVE. Please be sure to have the proper form of payment available before your appointment.
