Interlock maintenance on microlocks or sisterlocks: Service includes a full-service shampoo and retie only; Prices vary based on density and length of locs ***PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE A NEW OR TRANSFER CLIENT AND HAVE NOT HAD A CONSULTATION*** ** A STYLE IS NOT INCLUDED BUT MAY BE ADDED BY SELECTING "ADD ON-STYLE ONLY" WHEN BOOKING **EXCESSIVE MATTING WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $50** **OVER 400 LOCS WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $50 (NOT TO EXCEED 500 LOCS) **RETIGHTENING AND HAIR ADDED STYLE CANNOT BE BOOKED ON THE SAME DAY. PLEASE BOOK ANY HAIR ADDED STYLE NO LESS THAN 3 WEEKS POST RETIE**
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time or you will have to be rescheduled due to limited appointment times as well as courtesy to other clients scheduled for that day. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. We understand that issues and emergencies arise but the following scenarios will keep you from being able to book with us in the future: 1) No call-no show 2) Cancelling or rescheduling more than once without 24 hours notice 3) Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment more than twice **Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy.
