THIS IS AN ADD ON SERVICE for attaching a full head of natural locs using the crochet method. YOU MUST BRING IN YOUR OWN NATURAL LOCS! *CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS SERVICE!

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time or you will have to be rescheduled due to limited appointment times as well as courtesy to other clients scheduled for that day. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. We understand that issues and emergencies arise but the following scenarios will keep you from being able to book with us in the future: 1) No call-no show 2) Cancelling or rescheduling more than once without 24 hours notice 3) Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment more than twice **Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy.
