********CONSULTATION is MANDATORY for ALL NEW AND TRANSFER CLIENTS!!!******** WANT A CERTAIN STYLE/SERVICE THAT WE OFFER BUT ARE UNSURE OF WHERE TO START OR HOW IT WOULD AFFECT YOUR HAIR? TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER STYLIST? Schedule a consultation so we can discuss your hair needs to ensure that the style is right for you and that your hair remains healthy. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee and should you choose to move forward with services, it will be discounted from your total costs.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time or you will have to be rescheduled due to limited appointment times as well as courtesy to other clients scheduled for that day. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. We understand that issues and emergencies arise but the following scenarios will keep you from being able to book with us in the future: 1) No call-no show 2) Cancelling or rescheduling more than once without 24 hours notice 3) Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment more than twice **Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy.
